For an added bonus, the sophisticated bro will top his bowl of rice and beans with 1/2 of an avocado.

Directions

  1. Prepare a bowl of rice (you can use a rice cooker, a pot, or some Uncle Ben’s)
  2. Add black beans from the can
  3. If the rice and beans are cold, heat in the microwave for 45 seconds
  4. Slice 1/2 of an avocado and place on top.
