- 3 eggs
- 2 6-inch flour tortillas
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup salsa
Simple, savory, and filling. The breakfast taco is a bro staple. One can be enjoyed on a weekend morning, or rolled-up for a savory breakfast on the go.
- Scramble 3 eggs in frying pan (see Basics).
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 5 seconds.
- Split eggs into tortillas.
- Scoop salsa onto the eggs.
- Slice 1/2 of avocado (see Basics) and put slices on each taco.
