• 3 eggs
  • 2 6-inch flour tortillas
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Simple, savory, and filling. The breakfast taco is a bro staple. One can be enjoyed on a weekend morning, or rolled-up for a savory breakfast on the go.


  1. Scramble 3 eggs in frying pan (see Basics).
  2. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 5 seconds.
  3. Split eggs into tortillas.
  4. Scoop salsa onto the eggs.
  5. Slice 1/2 of avocado (see Basics) and put slices on each taco.
