• Grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 six-inch flour tortillas
  • Rice
  • 1/2 can black beans
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Grill chicken (see Basics). Slice into bite-size pieces (see picture to left).
  3. Slice avocado (see Basics).
  4. Open black beans and drain water from can.
  5. Combine rice, avocado, chicken breast, and black beans inside tortillas. Sprinkle lime juice on top of each fajita.
